We are very protective of Que Sera and the following terms will be strictly enforced. Please read the following carefully. If you have any questions, please feel free to email the owners at the above address. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do, it’s a very special place.
Home accommodates 5 adults. This limit is strictly enforced.
$150.00 per night w/ 2 night minimum
4 night minimum stay during holidays
$900 per week
$55.00 non-refundable cleaning fee
$300.00 refundable security deposit
$25.00 refundable pet deposit.
Check-in is 3:00 pm or later, Check-out is by 11:00 am.
A valid credit card number is required to hold and secure your reservation. You will be issued a confirmation number at the time of your reservation and the security deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. Please read cancellation policy, as it is strictly enforced.
Within 7 days of your departure, the security deposit and pet deposit will be refunded to your credit card after final cleaning and inspection has been completed. A valid email address or mailing address is required for confirmation.
There is no handicap access!
Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Children over 2 will be considered part of the 5 tenants allowed. Children under 2 are welcome but tenant must provide portable crib, bedding, high chair and any other supplies necessary. There are stairs to beach so PLEASE BRING A CHILD SECURITY GATE if you bring any children under 5 yrs old.
Litter/Trash: Trash bags are provided for you but you are responsible for removing all trash from house prior to departure. There is a trash can on the street to the right of the front gate. Ashtrays must be emptied. NO SMOKING inside the home!
Owner of property is NOT responsible for injury, personal and/or property loss, or death of tenants or their visitors.
Dogs are welcome, no more than two. Sorry no cats! Dogs are not to play or sleep on uncovered furniture. You must bring your own sheets or covers to protect the furniture. Dogs must NOT be left unattended in the home at any time. A $25 dollar refundable deposit guaranteeing supervision and cleaning up after you pet. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET OR PET DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
Please leave the home the way you arrived. Dishes are to be cleaned, floors sweep, and all trash removed. All bedding will cleaned prior to next visitor so there is no need to make the beds. If there are any accidents or broken dishes, please let the owners know. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels right at home.
CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE READ
14 days required for all cancellations. No exceptions!
Cancellations must be given to owners prior to 14 days from the date of your reservation or security deposit will be forfeited. You will be issued a cancellation number once noticed has been received. If you do not receive cancellation number, your cancellation is NOT complete. No refunds will be issued due to weather or shortened stay unless pre-approved by owner.
OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RESERVATION OR CANCEL RESERVATION AT ANY TIME.
